Refund Policy

1. Custom Development Services

Due to the highly customized nature of web design, app development, and digital marketing services, Hudsen Tech generally does not offer refunds once work has commenced. We allocate dedicated time, resources, and personnel to your project the moment an agreement is signed.

2. Initial Deposits

Initial deposits required to secure your project slot and initiate discovery/design phases are non-refundable. This covers the administrative and strategic resources deployed immediately upon project kickoff.

3. Milestone Payments

Projects are typically billed in milestones. Once a milestone is approved by the client and payment is processed, that payment is non-refundable. If you choose to terminate a project early, you will only be billed for the work completed up to the termination date.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are deeply unsatisfied with the direction of a project during the initial design phase, we ask that you communicate this immediately. We will work diligently to pivot and align with your vision. Refunds in exceptional circumstances are granted solely at the discretion of Hudsen Tech management.
